I have no issues with Amos Oz or Max Blumenthal demonizing Israel and Israelis nor do I lose sleep over BLM being anti zionist or anti Israel.  I feel they have legit concerns that should be addressed in ways that de escalate the I-P conflict as long as they are more pro Israel than the BDS (or at least give off that appearance of being more pro Israel than the BDS)

I believe Israel’s overzealous actions toward the Palestinians can leave their actions towards the Palestinians being called a genocide. They have to treat the Palestinians with humanity and dignity and stop their abuse

I support the Jewish Voice for Labour and I between tolerate and accept their past assessments on the Labour Party under Jeremy Corbyn. 

Diaspora zionism when done right is a good thing (see the UK’s Jewish community for proof) but when done too much (never happened before that I know of, so hypothetical but still..) it could be an issue, albeit small one, and any mainstream political scientist would echo this point

It is a challenge for politicians to find compassionate to empathetic common ground with the Jews on Diaspora zionism without those politicians stepping over the line.  We need more bridges and less barriers between our politicians snd the Jewish community to make both sides happy

China-Russia

I am against China executing people ,especially for white collar crimes

My views on  China generally match most Australians views on China

It would be ideal for workers in China to have fuller/more control their places of employment. This should be done through cooperative-diplomatic management of their industries in China. The goal would be to increase productivity by treating workers in China with dignity. As long as those workers can guarantee this (or them being more reliable than Capitalism is 'reliable), then I would be open to support this. Basically self management (via individualism and anti authoritianism)

I believe the Kibbutz is a model for all workers and employers in China in how work should be in an ideal world (voluntary, satisfaction of work, community, concern competition for prestige and praise from other community members instead of bosses and other corporate big whigs etc). Maybe we should start moving China in that direction so more jobs throughout the world are like the Kibbutz

I support Anarcho Workerism and Autonomism in China.

However I can settle for the People’s Republic of Donetsk and Lugansk being an Autonomous Republic of Ukraine instead of going back to being an oblast of Ukraine (like Crimea is or was to Ukraine). 

I am against a No Fly Zone with Russia

I have no issues with Ukraine joining the EU as long as it is not mostly because of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine

Some Russians have been unfairly fired due to their place of origin by fascist Russophobes. Their firings are a violation of Employement Acts ,since they were singled out due to their place of origin. These Russians being unfairly fired is akin to McCarthysim or what the US did to Japanese Americans right after Pearl Harbor. Freedom of speech means telling people what they don't want to hear. We must end extreme cancel culture and modern day McCarthyism

Islam

Islam is no better or worse than any other religion. It has good and bad like any other religion. Islam shares an Abrahamaniac link to Judeo Christianity and is generally a peaceful religion. Not all criticism of Islam is Islamaphobic and at least some criticism of Islam is genuine and constructive.  

Some rarer sects of Islam do treat women and LGBTQ people very badly and unfairly which is wrong.  People should avoid criticizing things in Islam that they don't understand because if they don't avoid doing that, they'll look ignorant. 

I am against Donald Trump's Muslim travel ban

I am fine with the ground zero mosque being built as a way to retroactively undo the horrors of  post 9/11 Islamaphobia (which lead to our current evil FBI and Homeland Security)

I am against France and other countries banning Muslims women from wearing Burkinis , Hijabs and Burqas. I support Muslim women wearing Burkinis , Hijabs and Burqas. I am also against Iran forcing Muslim women to wear Burqas.  Freedom of expression means freedom for Muslim women to wear or not wear what they want.   It sickens and depressed me seeing Muslim women forced to remove their Burkinis, Hijabs and Burqas.

I don't believe the October 31 2018 truck attack in NYC or the Swedish truck attack in 2017 were Islamic terrorism. I am not even that sure that the 2016 Nice lorre attacks was Islamic terrorism (or at least I am not that sure if Islamic terrorism was the primary motive of the attacks). Saying that every time a Muslim commits mass murder is Islamic terrorism is bigoted, ignorant, naive and offensive.  

However, on the flip side, a few attacks by Muslims that are not labele as Islamic terror is technically Islamic terrorism (the Fort Hood shooting for example). But there are way more times Muslims committing crimes are falsely accused of Islamic terrorism than there are times when Muslims do commit Islamic terrorism and said attacks are not labeled as Islamic terrorism.

I am tempted to say that there are more atheists in Al Qaeda, ISIS, Abu Nidal, Hezbollah than there are Muslims. If they were true Muslims, they would be peaceful since Islam is a religion of peace.

The US should never have went to war with Syria. It was a reactionary, knee jerk move that allowed Russia to exploit us. No more senseless endless wars. 

I was and still am against the Libya War (the one under Barack Obama)

I am against the Iran nuclear deal for the same reasons Ted Lieu is against it

I was and still am against the Iraq War (I was for it until late March 2003 then I became permanently against it).   If there was a military draft for the Iraq War and I was drafted, I would have fought for the US in the Iraq War despite me being against it

I support the Iraq War troop surge by George W Bush in 2007. It was a smart strategy and helped turn the war around for us.

The Gulf War was more justifiable than Iraq, Libya, Syria etc. Maybe because it was like a bad parody of how the US plays policeman to the rest of the world deciding what foreign governments halfway across the world can and cannot do 

I supported the Afghanistan War but we should have pulled out of Afghanistan within a few years. Despite the Taliban being in place, I don't want the US to ever use military action in Afghanistan ever again unless the US is directly attacked by the Taliban and even then there would be a case to use UN peacekeepers instead of military action rebuttal.  I don't want the US to overthrow the Taliban or to nation build in Afghanistan ever. I support a full US troop withdrawal from Afghanistan.

I am glad that my fellow Christians helped abolish slavery. They did this because the bible rightfully teaches us that it was wrong (ie Paul’s letter to Philemon etc). We can thank God and Christianity for abolishment

I believe the US should adopt Deism as its official religion

I am fine with Lauren Boebert wanting more religion in our laws, politics should apolitically take ideas from all parts of society (including religion i.e true Left Wing Christianity, Center right Ronald Reagan Christianity ,other Abrahamiac religions [but without favoring or endorsing any religion over another] philosophy i.e Karl Marx , Ayn Rand, Frederick Nietczke , academia i.e sociology etc). If that means I support a ‘Christian Taliban’, or that I am a ‘Cultural Marxist’ or a ‘Shrink apologist’ so be it  labels mean nothing. I just believe religion should be looked at as a philosophy, this way people don’t have to fear drawing ideas from it

I am against the Satanic Temple being allowed to hold events in public places. Any religion which worships Satan or pretends to worship Satan should be banned or pushed underground in a compassionate way.If they want to fight for religious freedom they are doing so in the worst ,most polarizing way possible
